Cheesy Sweet Potato Tuna Moringa Croquettes


Mix together
1 kilo sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled, mashed
2 tbsp all purpose cream
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 can tuna chunks, drained
1/4 cup mozarella or quickmelt cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp moringa flakes
Drop around 1 tbsp of mixture onto the breading mix and shape as desired.  
Arrange on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F for 20 - 25 minutes til golden brown.

Mix together
1 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tsp moringa flakes
1 tbsp cooconut or vegetable oil
